脐诊的古代文献研究

摘要

Umbilicus dignosis is a characteristic diagnosis method in TCM .By studying the ancient literature , the article points out that umbilicus diagnosis methods contain inspection inquiry and palpation .Umbilicus diag-nosis can decide whether or not to apply some therapies , guide pharmacy ,prognose disease and have wide clini-cal application .Its theoretical origin can generally be divided into two sorts: one is Zangxiang system and an-other one is anatomical theory and the latter one is more widely used .%脐诊是中医特色诊法，本研究通过整理古代文献，认为脐诊的方法有望、问、切之不同，脐诊可以确立治法宜忌，指导用药，判断预后，临床应用广泛。其理论渊源可分成以经典藏象系统为理论背景和以解剖部位为理论基础两类，且后者被后世发展应用较多。
