芒针透刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of pricking with elongated needles on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:All the patients were devided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(47 persons up to 62 knees) was treated by elongated needles,and the control group ( 46 persons up to 60 knees ) was treated by normal acu-puncture.Both groups were treated every day for 14 days.The changes were evaluated by using the symptoms and physical signs index,numerical rating scale of pain before and after the treatment.Results:All the cases were evaluated according to the curative effect after 14 times treatment.The results showed that there was an ob-vious difference between two groups (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;Both groups had an obvious difference in the appraisal score of every observation indicator before and after the treat -ment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pricking with elongated needles has an obvious effect on the clinical symptoms and knee joint 's function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.It is an effective method for knee osteoarthritis.%目的:观察采用芒针透刺疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将参与研究的膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组.治疗组47例62膝采用芒针透刺治疗,对照组46例60膝采用普通针刺治疗,两组均每天治疗1次,7次为一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程.采用膝关节症状、体征分级量化表及疼痛程度数字评价量表对患者的临床疗效进行评定.结果:两组治疗后综合疗效评价显示治疗组显效率优于对照组(P<0.05).两组在治疗前症状、体征积分及疼痛程度积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后组内自身前后比较均有明显差异(P<0.01),组间比较显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:芒针透刺法能明显改善膝骨性关节炎患者的自觉症状及体征,疗效确切,是防治膝骨性关节炎的有效疗法.
