深刺风府配合芒针透刺治疗假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨深刺风府配合芒针透刺治疗脑卒中慢性期假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用深刺风府配合芒针透刺治疗，对照组采用常规针刺方法。结果：治疗组有效率为95％，对照组有效率为83．3％，两组疗效差异有显著性意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：深刺风府配合芒针透刺治疗假性球麻痹的疗效明显优于普通针法。%Objective:To investigate clinically therapeutic effect on treatment of dysphagy of pseudobulbar pa-ralysis.Methods:The 120 subjects were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group .The treat-ment group was treated by deep pricking Fengfu ( Gov16 ) combined with elongated needles , and the control group was treated by normal acupuncture .Results:The total effective rate was 95%in the treatment group ,and 83 .3%in the control group , with a significant difference between two groups ( P <0 .05 ) .Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of deep pricking combined with elongated needles on dysphagy of pseudobulbar paralysis is significantly better than that of normal acupuncture .
