电针抗抑郁临床疗效与中医症状改善的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of electro-acupuncture( EA) on depression and the correlation between Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD) and Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Scales ( TCMDS) .Methods:55 depressive patients were divided into two groups according to patients’ wishes, 32 ca-ses in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group.HAMD and TCMDS were used to evaluate the re-sults.Results:After 8 weeks'treatment, chi-square test showed no significant difference in the total efficiency (P>0.05).The curative rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a sig-nificant difference between treatment group and control group in TCMDS scores ( P<0.0001 ) .HAMD total score had correlation with TCMDS score.Conclusion:EA treatment is effective for depression and can improve some clinical symptoms of TCM.%目的：观察电针抗抑郁的临床疗效与中医症状改善的相关性。方法：本研究在一项基于真实世界研究法的临床疗效观察研究基础上，将55例患者按意愿分为治疗组32例和对照组23例，治疗组选取百会、印堂为主穴的电针治疗；对照组采用选择性5－羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物，选用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和中医辨证简表进行结局评价。结果：8周后，两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗组临床痊愈率为62．5％，对照组13．04％。治疗组疗后部分中医症状的改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．0001）。 HAMD总分改善程度与部分中医症状改善程度存在相关性。结论：针刺治疗抑郁症临床痊愈率和对一些中医症状的改善程度优于5－羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物。
