针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的系统评价

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture therapy for treating diabetic gastr-oparesis( DGP) .Methods:Random-controlled trials ( RCTs) involving acupuncture therapy for DGP in recent decade were seeked by computers,and the methodological quality of the eligible trials was evaluated in this sys-tematic review, and Meta-analysis was performed.Results:The inclusive 10 articles were all randomized con-trolled trials, containing 755 patients of DGP, and reported in Chinese,with low methodological quality.Data of included trials were Meta-analyzed or descriptively analyzed.The whole data analysis indicated that acupunc-ture therapy was more effective and stable and safer than that in the control group.Conclusion:The evidence shows that the acupuncture therapy can improve the effectiveness for the treatment of DGP.Besides, standardi-zing evaluation of clinical efficacy will be helpful to enhance the acupuncture therapy for treating DGP.%目的：评价针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫（ DGP）的有效性与安全性。方法：计算机检索近10年来针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床随机对照试验，对纳入文献进行方法学质量评估，并作Meta分析。结果：共纳入10篇中文文献，755名受试者，针刺与西药对照试验9项，针刺与空白对照试验1项。10项研究的同质性好（χ2＝4．49，P＝0．88），合并效应量表明针灸治疗的总有效率高于对照组（OR＝3．64，95％CI 2．35－5．64，P＜0．00001）。3项研究描述了不良反应的发生率，针灸较西药低（ OR ＝0．60，95％CI 0．02－0．18，P＜0．00001）；1项试验报道了6个月后DGP的复发率，结果表明针灸低于西药（ OR 0．12，95％CI 0．02－0．57，P＝0．008）。结论：针灸可提高DGP治疗的有效率，安全性好，疗效更稳定，但仍需进一步研究以验证其可靠性。
