电针深刺法对三叉神经痛模型大鼠细胞外信号调节激酶通路的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of deep acupuncture with electro-acupuncture for trigeminal neuralgia(TN) rats,in terms of the signal transduction pathway of extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK),thus to elucidate the mechanism of this treatment.Methods:30 male SD rats were randomly divided into the model group,the sham operation group,and the electro-acupuncture group,with 10 cases in each group.The models of TN were established by chronic constriction ring around infra-orbital nerves in rats.The expression of phosphorylated ERK(p-ERK) of trigeminal ganglion(TG) was detected by techniques of immunofluorescence histochemistry and immunochemistry.Results:The expression of p-ERK was significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05),but electro-acupuncture could significantly decrease the expression of p-ERK in TN rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of deep acupuncture with Electro-acupuncture can improve the expression of p-ERK in TG to treat trigeminal neuralgia.%目的:探讨电针深刺法对三叉神经痛(TN)模型大鼠三叉神经节中细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK) 信号转导通路的影响,从而阐明此法产生疗效机理.方法:将30只成年雄性SD大鼠分为模型组、假手术组和电针组,每组10只.采用大鼠眶下神经慢性缩窄环术制作大鼠三叉神经病理性疼痛模型.应用免疫荧光组化和免疫组化法检测大鼠三叉神经节(TG)中磷酸化ERK(p-ERK)的表达情况.结果:p-ERK在模型组大鼠的TG中有显著表达,但电针组可使三叉神经痛大鼠TG中p-ERK表达显著降低(P<0.05).结论:电针深刺法通过减少TG中p-ERK表达情况而达到治疗三叉神经痛的目的.
