温针灸联合穴位按摩治疗急性腰扭伤对炎性因子及腰椎活动度的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of needle-warming moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on inflammatory factors and lumbar mobility of patients with acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were only provided with needle-warming moxibustion;based on this,patients in the observation group were also given acupoint massage besides needle-warming moxibustion.The serum inflammatory factors,lumbar mobility,clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatments.Results:34 patients from each groups completed the study.The effective rate of the observation group was 94.12％,which was significantly higher than 76.48％ of the control group(x2 =4.221,P ＜0.05);after two-week treatment,the serum contents of TNF-a (tumor necrosis factor alpha),IL-6 (interleukin-6) and IL-10 (interleukin-10) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =6.049 ～ 11.108,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Needle-warming moxibustion in combination with acupoint massage can help to reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve lumbar mobility and enhance the clinical efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprain.%目的:探讨温针灸联合穴位按摩治疗急性腰扭伤对炎性因子及腰椎活动度的影响,分析其可能作用机制.方法:选择2014年1月-2016年3月收治急性腰扭伤患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用温针灸治疗,观察组加用温针灸联合穴位按摩治疗,比较两组血清炎性因子、腰椎活动度、临床疗效等指标.结果:两组患者实际完成研究各34例,观察组总有效率94.12％明显高于对照组76.48％(x2 =4.221,P＜0.05);治疗2周后,观察组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量均明显低于对照组(=6.049 ～11.108,P＜0.05);治疗2周、随访3个月时,观察组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋角度均明显大于对照组(t=2.201 ～4.418,P＜0.05).结论:温针灸联合穴位按摩治疗急性腰扭伤有助于降低血清炎性因子水平,改善腰椎功能,提高临床疗效.
