我国GB 50011-2010《建筑抗震设计规范》规定竖向地震影响系数的峰值取相应水平向的0.65倍.本文收集美国中西部地区三分量强震数据记录292组共584条,研究了竖向地震动加速度反应谱V与水平向地震动加速度反应谱H的谱比值,以及谱比值随自振周期的变化规律.主要考察了震级、震中距、场地类别和阻尼因素对谱比V/H的影响,研究震级、震中距、场地类别和阻尼因素下的平均谱比曲线形状,并与抗震规范规定的0.65进行比较,提出修改建议,建议谱比值取考虑各因素影响的建议式,研究过程中,验证了所收集强震记录的可用性及研究成果的可信性.%Chinese standard "Earthquake Resistant Design Code" ( GB50011-2010) stipulates that the vertical earthquake peak effect coefficient is taken as 0. 65 times of the corresponding value on the horizontal direction. This article presents three components of strong earthquake data 292 groups, 584 items from the Midwest of the USA. The data were used to research the structural damping ratio and influence on the ratios ( V/H) of vertical response spectra V to horizontal response spectra H. The change pattern of the curves V/H with impacting of respective factor was analyzed. The magnitude of the epicenter, site, category and the influence of the damping factor on the spectrum V/H were studied. The influence of magnitude, the epicenter, site category and damping factor for the average spectrum ratio curve shape were studied and were then compared to the value 0. 65 specified in the standard. It is suggested that various factors influencing the ratio of advice type should be taken account in determining spectrum. The paper demonstrates the usability of the collected strong earthquake data and the credibility of the research results.
