The application comprises a first part formed by a front-end game and a second part formed by a back-end research module. In the game, players are required to link photographs to a series of products, other images and properties associated with (lifestyle) features of the displayed photographs, in order to gain points. The research module comprises a database on which the demographic information for the players and respondents is stored in a categorised and anonymous manner and on which all game activity on the part of the players and respondents is stored. The research module includes an output program for compiling the accumulated responses into a statistical report.
