钢板夹薄壁钢管组合板弯曲性能数值模拟

             

摘要

理论分析了组合板的结构形式以及钢管受力特点.利用ABAQUS软件建立了三维模型,绘制了荷载-位移(P-δ)曲线和吸能比曲线.讨论了钢管数量、钢管壁厚、钢管外径(外边长)以及钢管位置对弯曲性能的影响.对比了圆钢管组合板和方钢管组合板的承载力和吸能比.结果表明:当圆钢管与方钢管材料用量基本相等时,方钢管组合板最大承载力均大于圆钢管组合板最大承载力,圆钢管吸能比均大于方钢管吸能比.当钢管材料用量相同时,仅减小钢管外径(外边长),则间排圆钢管组合板承载力和钢板吸能比提高,而间排方钢管组合板承载力和钢管吸能比减小.将圆钢管密排能够发挥钢管间的挤压增强效应,而将方钢管密排则增强效应一般.相同条件下,若考虑承载力优先,则应选择方钢管组合板,若考虑钢管为主要吸能部件,则应选择圆钢管组合板.%The structural forms of sandwich panel and the stress characteristics of steel tube were analyzed in theory. The three-dimensional model was built by ABAQUS software, and the load-displacement(P-δ)curve and energy absorption ratio curve were plotted. The number,wall thickness,pipe diameter (outer length)and the position of the steel tube were discussed for bearing capacity. Bearing capacity and energy absorption ratio were compared between circular steel tube sandwich panel and square steel tube sandwich panel. The results are as follows:when the material of the circular steel tube and square steel tube is equal,peak bearing capacity of square steel tube sandwich panel is larger than circular steel tube sandwich panel,and the energy absorption ratio of square steel tube is greater than square steel tube,when the amount of steel materials is same and reducing the tube diameter (outer length),both of the bearing capacity of spaced circular steel tube sandwich panel and energy absorption of steel will increase. While,both of the bearing capacity of spaced square steel tube sandwich panel and energy absorption of steel tube will decrease. The close packing of circular steel tube can play the effect of squeezing and reinforcing effect of the steel tube. Under the same conditions,if the bearing capacity is considered to be the priority,then the square steel tube sandwich panel should be chose. Circular steel tube sandwich panel should be chose owing to steel tube for energy absorption mainly.
