在建筑设计阶段充分考虑建筑物理性能问题,将有利于降低建筑使用阶段的能耗,并提高建筑的舒适性.然而,当前建筑设计较少考虑建筑物理性能分析问题,根本原因在于传统的建筑物理性能分析方式难以支撑高效的建筑设计.基于此,本文首先系统分析了传统建筑物理性能分析方法的现状及不足;然后,基于BIM和建筑设计的特点,初步构建了适用于建筑设计阶段的建筑物理性能分析理念框架及流程,包括概念设计阶段、初步设计阶段、详细设计阶段和综合评价阶段;最后,基于多种建筑物理性能分析工具,论述了建筑设计阶段建筑物理性能分析的实施方法.本研究期望为建筑物理性能分析实践提供一定参考,以服务于建筑设计.%Fully considering the physical performance of buildings in the design phase has a significant influence on the energy consumption and comfortability of buildings during utilization. However,due to that the traditional analytical methods for building physical performance are unable to efficiently support building design,building physical performance is rarely considered during design. This paper firstly systematically analyzes the current status and shortcomings of the traditional analytical methods for building physical performance,then presents a conceptual framework for the analysis of building physical performance as well as its execution process including conceptual design, preliminary design,detailed design and comprehensive evaluation based on the characteristics of Building Information Model (BIM)and building design,and finally discusses the implementation method of the conceptual framework by comprehensively using a variety of building physical performance analysis tools. It is expected that this research can provide a reference for the practice of building physical performance analysis during design.
