随着技术经济地不断发展,建筑信息模型(BIM)作为建筑业新兴的信息化技术应运而生,其目标始终追求工程项目全寿命期的信息共享与协同工作,因而被广泛认为是提高建筑业整合水平、降低交易费用的重要技术.但是目前BIM技术的相关顶层设计尚不完善,市场环境不成熟,业主管理能力不足等成为BIM应用效益发挥的重大障碍.本文基于交易费用理论分析BIM应用效益构成,并根据构成从BIM市场和产业维度、BIM技术和流程维度、政府维度三个层面分析其影响因素,通过DEMATEL模型分析各因素间的交互影响关系以及确定关键影响因素,最后从业主方需提高领导力、多企业相互协作、加大员工BIM技能培训以及增强软件数据互用性四个方面提出相关对策建议.%With the continuous development of technology and economy,Building Information Model (BIM) comes into being as new information technology of the construction, which is always seeking for sharing information and collaborative work during life cycle of engineering project, so it is widely thought to improve the construction level of integration and be an important technique to reduce transaction costs. But at present, defectivetop-level design of BIM technology, immature market environment and insufficient owners' management are becoming the major obstacles to the achieve effectiveness of BIM applications. In this paper,the theory of transaction cost is introduced into BIM application banefit' analysis, and analyze its influencing factors according to the constitution from three aspects of BIM market and industrial dimensions, BIM technology and process dimension, the dimension of the government. Then using DEMATEL to analyse interaction between these factors to determine the key factors. Finally, some suggestions are proposed including improving owners' leadership, advocating many enterprise' s collaboration, training BIM skills for people and strengthening the software data interoperability.
