During the development of the large commercial aircraft, it is very important method for discovering maintainability deficiency and facilitating design amelioration to evaluate the maintainability design on the mockup. In this paper, the basic method of maintainability fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the large aircraft was researched. A series of critical problems including evaluation target system establishment, evaluation weight determining based on AHP combined with Delphi method and the establishment of fuzzy evaluation matrix. An integrated fuzzy evaluation model was developed and the feasibility and validity were validated with an application example.%对数字样机的维修性评估是在飞机设计过程中及时发现维修性设计问题、促进设计改进的重要手段.研究了运用模糊综合评价方法对飞机数字样机进行维修性综合评估的基本方法,深入探讨了评价指标体系建立,基于层次分析法和德尔菲(Delphi)法结合的评价权重值的确定,模糊评价矩阵的建立等一系列关键问题,并给出了完整的评价方法模型.最后给出了评估实例,验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
