随着全国普通高校招生报名人数呈现逐年减少趋势,同时普通高校的“膨胀性”发展,由此本科院校已从规模求生存进入到以质量求发展阶段,在这个转型过程中面临诸多挑战,其中显得尤为紧迫的是本科院校对培养模式的认识问题。文章通过分析当前高等教育价值链存在的问题,依据价值链再造理论首次提出了基于顾客价值的高等教育价值链模型。%With the trend of deceasing in higher education enrollment year by year and expan- sive development, universities and colleges are facing various challenges in the transition process from surviving on school size to seeking development with high quality. It is urgent to understand training model. Based on value chain theory, this paper analyses the current problems existing in higher education and offers the customer -centered value chain model for higher education.
