this paper proposes an system of indicators to measure the industrial structure, this system of indicators can be used to carry out effective measurement and analysis on the reasonability of the change of tertiary industry structure in Yunnan province.%本文提出一种度量产业结构合理化的度量指标，并对云南省产业结构变迁的合理性进行有效度量和分析。
