随着经济社会的转型,我国社会矛盾纠纷不断增多,其中,有不少纠纷是通过诉讼途径解决的.然而,受执行体制、制度、环境、执行人员素质、被执行人法律意识、诚信意识、能力、素质等综合因素交错作用的影响,造成人民法院生效的法律文书在执行过程中的阻力较大,"执行难"问题日益突出,逐步演变为社会热点和焦点问题.通过对"执行难"问题的现状、成因进行简要分析,提出解决"执行难"问题的相应对策.%Our society is under transformation and in this process a lot of social disputes arise. Al-though many of such disputes are settled through legal proceedings, the judicial decisions are difficult to enforce due to reasons in the enforcement mechanism, the system, quality of the law enforcement officers as well as legal awareness, sense of good faith, ability and quality of the persons subject to judicial en-forcement, among others. This problem has caused some focal attention and its solution is gaining social significance . This paper first presents an analysis of the current status and reasons of the aforesaid difficulty in enforcement before proceeding to suggest some solutions.
