Culminating in the Wannan Event,1941 was one of the hardest years for the Chinese Com-munist Party. Thanks to the accurate judgment of the situation made by the Central Committee of the Com-munist Party of China led by Mao Zedong,correct and timely reply to the Event was made. These include emphasis on theoretic study,connection to the reality,advocacy of democracy and science,reliance on power of the mass,guidance of the people,study and research,holding a dialectical view on the develop-ment of the struggle,and timely adjustment to policies and strategies. It was by sticking to the above ap-proaches,guidelines and policies that the great victories of both the War against Japanese Aggression and the new democratic revolution were achieved.%以“皖南事变”为标志，1941年前后是中国共产党处境较为艰难的一个时期，以毛泽东为代表的中共中央通过对时局的正确判断，做出了及时而正确的应对。高度重视理论学习并善于理论联系实际；推崇民主、科学精神；重视人民群众的力量并善于引导民众；重视调查研究，辩证地看待现实斗争的发展变化，适时调整政策和策略。坚持并发展了正确的路线、方针、政策，最终取得了抗日战争和新民主主义革命的伟大胜利。
