应用型学科研究生导师专业实践能力研究--以应用经济学学科为例

摘要

Application-oriented disciplines take on the formidable tasks of practical technology re-search and applied talents cultivation.The graduate tutors is the principal of technical innovation and talent training.Their professional practical ability is undoubtedly becoming the crucial factors in ac-complishing the strategically mission.This thesis took applied economics as an example,and comple-ted a questionnaire focusing on the development of the professional practical ability of graduate tutors and proposed that the thought of “operating target”-“intermediate target”-“ultimate goal”should be followed.With the “management”of external factors like the policies and institutions,the tutors would draw attention to their professional practical ability,and afterwards the ultimate goal of effec-tively developing such ability might be achieved.%应用型学科担负着实用科技研发与应用型人才培养的艰巨任务，该类学科的研究生导师作为科技创新与人才培养的主体，其专业实践能力对完成这一战略性任务至关重要。以应用经济学为例，进行了研究生导师专业实践能力现状问卷调查，认为应按照逐步实现“操作目标”“中介目标”与“最终目标”的思路，通过对政策制度等外界因素的“操作”，促使导师对专业实践能力引起重视，从而实现提升研究生导师专业实践能力的最终目标。
