依法治国视野下社会主义协商民主建设有关问题探讨

摘要

Under the condition of ruling by Law,the construction of socialist consultative democracy is put forward by law.It is necessary to perfect and forward its extension,multi-levels and institution-alization of socialist consultative democracy.Thus,it requires us to cope with some problems related the constructions of socialist consultative democracy according to the comprehensive,strategic deploy-ment of ruling by law,including the basic meaning and contents of ruling by law of socialist consulta-tive democracy;the cohesion between inner-party documents and current laws and rules;the legal guarantee,responsibility and institutional system of promoting the construction of socialist consultative democracy.%在依法治国的前提和条件下推进社会主义民主政治建设的法治化，是完善和加强社会主义协商民主广泛多层制度化建设的必然要求。这要求我们必须根据依法治国的全局战略部署来处理好社会主义协商民主建设的有关问题，包括：社会主义协商民主建设“法治化”基本含义和内容；党内文件与现行法律法规制度的衔接问题；社会主义协商民主建设发展探索中的法律保障与责任问题以及社会主义协商民主制度体系建设的法律保障问题等。
