英国工党密切联系民众的做法及启示

摘要

历经百年沧桑的英国工党打破传统政治格局，多次在选举中以占议会多数席位的优势引领政坛，这与英国工党密切联系民众的努力分不开：革新观念、获取执政基础的广泛性；构建多样化沟通平台和形式；推行“实用主义”政策，赢取民心；推行“权力伙伴计划”项目，实施民主化的决策方式。给我们的启示是：增强党的阶段基础和扩大党的群众基础；搭建各种形式对话平台，增强与人民群众的互动；制定和实施适应人民群众需求的政策；实施决策民主化，激发人民的政治参与热情。%After one hundred years vicissitudes of life,the Britain’s Labour Party has broken the tra-ditional politic pattern and led the politics by the advantages of accounting for parliamentary majority in many election activities.It owes Labour Party’s efforts to the contacting with people closely:ruling foundation of the party extensively by innovating ideas,building a diversified communication platform and form and implementing the policy of “pragmatism”to win the hearts and minds and to introduce“power partners program”project,and to implement the democratization of decision making.The en-lightenments to us are:improving the Party’s class foundation and expanding its mass base,setting up various forms of dialogue platform to strengthen the interactions with the people,developing and implementing policy suited for the people and implementing decision-making democratization to arouse people’s political participation enthusiasm.
