致密砂岩储层酸损伤降低破裂压力工艺研究及应用

摘要

通过分析东胜气田盒2致密砂岩储层矿物组分及储层岩石在泥浆污染、酸损伤后的变化,分别从微观和宏观上定性研究了泥浆污染及酸损伤对致密砂岩储层的影响,同时通过岩石力学参数定量分析了岩石强度的变化,最后通过酸液体系、用量及施工排量的优化形成了适合东胜气田盒2致密砂岩储层酸损伤的施工参数,并在JPH-40井压裂施工中成功应用,取得了较好的改造效果.%By analyzing the changes of mineral composition and sandstone strength of He-2 tight sandstone reser-voir in Dongsheng gas field after mud pollution and acid damage,this paper researches the influence of mud pollu-tion and acid damage on tight sandstone reservoir from both micro and macro perspectives,and qualitatively analy-zes the change of sandstone strength through rock mechanics parameters.Finally through the optimization of acid system, dosage and construction capacity,the construction parameters of the acid damage are determined for He-2 tight sand-stone reservoir in Dongsheng gas field.The result successfully applies in the fracture of JPH-40,achieving good effect.
