重庆市农村小学音乐教师专业发展现状调查与分析

         

摘要

文章通过对重庆市39个区县275所公办乡镇农村小学的296位专、兼职音乐教师进行问卷调查,从专业态度、专业观念、专业知识、专业能力以及专业发展方式、影响因素等方面分析了重庆市农村小学音乐教师专业发展的现状,总结了重庆市农村小学音乐教师专业发展的总体特征,在此基础上提出了切实提高我市农村小学音乐教师专业化发展水平的若干建议。%The paper investigates 296 full-time, as well as part-time music teachers from 275 primary schools in rural areas in 39 districts and counties in Chongqing. Based on the collected data, it analyses the status of their professional development and sums up the general characteristics of the development from five perspectives--professional attitude, professional value, professional knowledge, professional competency and the style of professional development. Finally, some effective suggestions are given to im- prove the professional development of the music teachers in the rural primary schools in our city.
