白鹤梁题刻博物馆修建与水下文化遗产保护

摘要

＂Baiheliang Engravings＂ is a kind of Three Gorges historical documents.It is called ＂The No.1 Ancient Hydrometric Station in the World＂ and ＂Records of Humane Studies＂.When three gorges reservoir area increase to 175m normal impoundment level,the stone will be submerged in the Yangtze River.In order to protect the authenticity and integrity of the precious underwater cultural heritage,the Chinese government built a depth of more than 40m underwater ruins museum in the world.It provides a successful example for international protection and displays.The Chinese government not only reasonably introduced the latest international underwater cultural heritage protection concepts and technologies but also insisted on innovation according to the concrete characteristics of underwater cultural relics in China.In a word,the Chinese government has gradually built the protection system on the underwater cultural heritage.%白鹤梁题刻是三峡石刻文献中的一种,有世界＂第一古代水文站＂和＂水下碑林＂之称。三峡枢纽工程蓄水后,白鹤梁题刻将永久沉入江底。为保证水下文化遗产的真实性和完整性,中国政府修建了目前世界上唯一的遗址类水下博物馆,为国际上水下文化遗产的原址保护和展示提供了成功范例。此案例充分说明中国政府在合理引入最新国际水下文化遗产保护观念和技术的同时,针对中国水下文物的具体特点,坚持自主创新,正逐步建立起有中国特色的水下文化遗产保护体系。
