This paper introduces the application mode of archives management in cloud computing era envi-ronment,expounds the relationship between cloud computing and cloud storage,analyzes the existing prob-lems in the traditional archives management,put forward the design and implementation of file management based on the cloud storage,and expounds its application advantages.%文章介绍“云时代”下档案管理的应用模式，阐述云计算和云存储之间的关系，分析传统档案管理中存在的问题，提出基于云存储的档案管理的设计与实现，并阐明了其优势。
