As the important historic and linguistic text, “Guoyu” has important significance on the historic and linguistic value. Same as the historic document in the Qin and Han dynasty, “Guoyu”has the problem of text definition. The comparison and sort-ing of the different versions of the "Guoyu" is the important condition to verify the “Guoyu” text. Because the compiling time is too early, gone through copy and print, there are too much differences between the manuscript and the copied version. It is impor-tant to collate and correct the different versions and get ride of the differences. Based on the copied version of Li Zeyuan pub-lished by “Sibuchongkan”, referred to the Ming Ding version, Xu Zonglu version, Tong Siquan version and Jinli version, 33 enti-ties of"Guoyu·Junyusan"of Weizhao interpretation were obtained. Based on that, the other 30 copies of “Guoyu” were referred, careful comparison, interpretation on the words, revealing and analyzing. The relationship of the different versions of “Guoyu” was distinguished, which is beneficial to the further sorting and study of “Guoyu”.%《国语》作为先秦时期重要的史料文本和语料文本，具有重要的史料价值与语料价值。同其他先秦两汉传世文献一样，《国语》也面临着文本厘定的问题。对现传《国语》各个版本进行比对、梳理是确立《国语》文本的重要条件。由于《国语》成编时间较早，叠经传抄、刻印，《国语》传本、刻本之间的差异相当多。把《国语》各种版本辑合在一起进行勘校辨正，确定是非取舍，消弭《国语》各本之间的差异，就越发显得重要。文章以《四部丛刊》影印明金李泽远堂本为底本，参校明丁跋本、许宗鲁本、童思泉本和金李本，形成韦昭解《国语·晋语三》工作条目33条。在此基础上，参稽《国语》其他版本近30种，一一比对覆校，辨明文字，诠解训诂，揭举是非，推阐前贤，案以己意。以辨明《国语》各本是非及各本关系，以利于《国语》之进一步整理与研究。
