洪涝是我国自然灾害中影响最严重的灾害之一,随着全球气候变化影响的加剧和中国城市化进程的加快,城市洪涝灾害造成的损失越来越大。文章从区域灾害系统论出发,探讨气候变化的大背景下重庆城市洪涝灾害成灾机制和发展趋势。%Flood disaster is one of the disasters most devastating in our country. As the current climate change is increasingly aggravating and our urbanization is speeding up, the loss from urban flood disaster is devastating. This article, under the framework of regional disaster system theory, explores urban flood disaster formation mechanisms in Chongqing and trends in the context of climate change.
