边疆地区英语翻译人才需求和培养模式探析--以喀什外贸企业为例

     

摘要

随着涉外经济的不断发展,边疆地区对英语类人才的需求逐年递增。在新疆喀什地区,部分外贸企业英语翻译人才匮乏成为制约企业跨越式发展的瓶颈。文章围绕喀什地区外贸企业人才需求现状、面临的困境,英语翻译人才培养模式和展望等内容展开讨论,从教育层面给出了建议。%With the continuous development of foreign trade economy, English translator in China’s border areas are needed increasingly year by year. In Kashgar of Xinjiang, the shortage of English translators in many foreign trade enterprises becomes the bottleneck for a leapfrog development. English translation training in practical teaching to provide enterprises with foreign personnel support is an emergent issue for educators. As is implied in its title, this paper focuses on the current state of the translators of foreign trade enterprises in Kashgar, the difficulties faced by them and the detailed discussion about English translator training model and prospects, then, some proposals are offered in terms of in actual education.
