再工业化背景下的重庆市传统产业升级研究

摘要

The traditional industry is the foundation of economic and social development in Chongqing, and the basis of industry transformation and upgrading. Under the background of industrialization, traditional industrial upgrading in Chongqing is faced with such problems as backward enterprise management, underdeveloped brand advantage, low technical innovation, low industrial concentration, etc. The traditional industries should be upgraded to meet the demands of the five-major-functional-area division strategy. And measures of developing strategic emerging industries, promoting information technology in manufacturing industry, civil-military industry integration, cultivating leading enterprises in industry and cultivating characteristic advantageous industry clusters shall be taken to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in Chongqing.%传统产业是重庆市经济社会发展的支撑，是产业转型升级的基础。在再工业化的背景下，重庆市传统产业升级还面临企业经营管理水平不高、品牌优势不突出、技术创新能力不强、产业集中度低等问题，应通过把传统产业升级融入重庆市五大功能区战略、发展战略性新兴产业、制造业信息化、军民融合发展、培育行业龙头企业以及培育特色优势产业集群等途径，促进重庆市传统产业转型升级。
