To observe the learning process of a country as a whole is an important way to determine whether the governing party has self-confidence. To the Old China, which had been closed for a long time and has little learning ability, it was the communist party of China that found the right learning object and methodologies to fight against the imperialism and feudalism. It is the historical resource for the confidence in our path and in our theories during the founding of PRC. After the foundation, China was not able to“Learn from the world and learn it correctly”which resulted in the first 30 years’ difficulties of the government of our party. After that, the second generation of party’s leadership ended the unsettlement very quickly, and formed a suitable learning method on the basis of the predecessors. It expands the learning objects to the whole world and leads the socialism with Chinese characteristics, which brings the old country a bright future. It is the historical resource for the confidence in our theories, in our path and in our system in the contemporary society. The current problems of China are the“by-products” of China’s fast development, which is unavoidable but resolvable. The key to solve the problems lies in whether we can adhere to the“three confidence”as well as to the cultural confidence with correct learning methods and learning path.%以国家为主体的学习进程是判断政党是否具有“自信”的重要视角。对于长期缺乏学习能力的旧中国来说，是中国共产党找到了正确的学习对象和学习方法，完成了反帝反封建的历史任务，这是建国前我党具有理论和道路自信的源泉。建国后，中国尚无“必须向世界学习，必须坚持正确学习方法”的国内共识，这是我党前30年建设出现曲折的深层原因。我党第二代领导集体迅速结束动乱，并在前人探索基础上，形成了正确学习方法，并把学习对象扩大到全世界，引领中国取得了举世瞩目的建设成就，这是当代我党理论、道路和制度自信的来源。当前中国的问题，是发展中的问题，是中国发展太快、太好时的“副产品”。解决当前问题的关键也在于是否能坚持理论、制度和道路自信的同时坚持文化自信，并坚持目前正确的学习方法和学习道路。
