三峡库区生态旅游扶贫研究

摘要

The Three Gorges Reservoir area is rich in ecological tourism resources, but the income of the residents in this area is relatively low, which is not corresponding to the tourism resources and economic income. The paper analyzes reservoir tourism poverty-alleviation from three aspects, i.e., government, residents and tourism resources and illustrates the feasibility from tourism poverty-alleviation policy, profit and market. It then explores poverty-alleviation mode selection of reservoir ecotourism and possible problems. Finally, it proposed optimized strategies in the management system, the quality of personnel, infrastructure and other aspects, so as to provide a reference for the implementation of the Three Gorges Reservoir poverty-alleviation oriented ecotourism.%三峡库区拥有丰富的生态旅游资源，但库区居民收入相对较低，处于旅游资源和经济收入不对称状态。本文通过库区旅游扶贫在政府、居民以及资源三方面的意义分析，以及旅游扶贫在政策、效益、市场等方面的可行性阐述，研究了库区生态旅游扶贫的模式选择和可能存在的问题，提出了在管理体制、人员素质、基础设施等方面的优化策略，以便为三峡库区生态旅游扶贫的实施提供参考。
