结合职工培训管理工作实践,运用质量管理标准、理论和工具,从培训工作基本过程、培训实施过程质量要求与特性、影响培训实施过程质量的因素及相互关系等方面人手,对培训实施过程质量管理工作进行分析,探讨培训实施过程质量管理与改进的基本工作程序,以满足培训客户要求,从而实现培训质量管理目标。%Based on the author's own working practice in the training management of the employees as well as the standards, theories and tools of quality management, this essay analyzes the quality management during the training process in the aspects of the basic training process, the quality requirements and features during the process, the fac- tors influencing the quality during the process and the correlation among those factors. Besides, this essay suggests implementing the quality management during the training process and improving the basic working procedures to meet the training requirements and achieve the aualitv manazement aims.
