电网企业工程退役资产精益化管理体系建设

摘要

The scheme of"The construction of the lean management system for retired engineering assets in power enterprises"formulated by State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company normalizes the management process such as the feasibility of a project,the asset identification,the scrapping examination and approval,the warehousing stor-age,the waste disposal and the financial transaction by establishing the system.The scheme can enhance the effi-ciency of the scrapping disposal of the retired assets and the re-utilization rate of the equipment as well as realizing the TLCSM closed-loop management of the retired engineering assets.%重庆市电力公司制定的“电网企业工程退役资产精益化管理体系建设”方案，通过构建工程退役资产精益化管理体系，规范项目可研、资产鉴定、报废审批、仓储保管、废旧处置、账务处理等管理流程，可提升退役资产报废处置效率及设备再利用率，实现工程退役资产全寿命周期闭环管理。
