Grid asset is the material basis of the power supply enterprise survival and development,is the production material bring enterprise expected return.Scientifically managing asset,effectively using asset,optimizing asset structure and ensuring the asset value keep and increase are asset management goals.Due to many localities,wide coverage,large quantity,and updating frequently of the power grid enterprise asset,difficult to manage,therefore,the asset should be carried out the lean management and life-cycle management,with asset management as the core.Chaohu Power Supply Company in this field has carried on the beneficial exploration,innovation and practice,and obtained the stage results.%电网资产是供电企业赖以生存和发展的物质基础,是带给企业预期收益的生产资料。科学管理资产,有效利用资产,优化资产结构,确保资产保值增值是资产管理的目标。由于电网企业的资产分布点多、面广、量大、更新换代频繁,管理难度较大,因此,应以资产管理为核心,对资产进行精益化管理和全寿命管理。巢湖供电公司在这个领域进行了有益的探索、创新和实践,并取得了阶段成果。
