In recent years, the employment of university students is not a new topic. And the current financial crisis has exacerbated the impact of today's severe employment situation. And the resulting psychological problems of college students become again the focus of the society' s attention. Some of the university students panic or anxiety, or negative and pessimistic, or suspect and complain the society. Only by strengthening the guidance of objective current situation and self-awareness, adjust their attitudes, rebuilt their confidence that they can go out of personal psychological difficulties and successful go through the employment crisis.%近年来,大学生就业难已不是一个新鲜的话题,而当前金融危机对中国经济的影响更加剧了大学生就业形势的严峻性,由此引发的大学生就业心理问题再次成为人们关注的焦点.在经济"寒冬"中,大学生群体或焦虑恐慌,或消极悲观,或怀疑抱怨.只有加强引导,客观认识当前形势和自我,重塑信心,首先走出个人心理困境,才能成功度过就业危机.
