金融危机下我国高等教育个人投资现状探析

摘要

作为一项人力资本的个体投资行为,高等教育个人投资目前在我国是理论和实践的热点问题.人力资本理论、成本补偿与分担理论和产品属性理论论证了其合理性.然而,在金融危机与就业难的背景之下,有必要在研究我国高等教育个人投资现状的前提下,反思我国高等教育个人投资,分析我国高等教育个人投资中存在的一些主要问题,并提出相关对策.%As a kind of individual investment in human capital, individual investment of higher education is a topical issue both theoretically and practically in China. Human capital theory, cost-sharing and compensation theory, theory of product attributes have proofed the reasonable of conducting personal cost-sharing system of higher education. In the present situation of Financial Crisis and harsh difficulty of job-hunting, there exists the need to reflect on the individual investment of higher education in China, then to analyze the problems of it and propose countermeasure.
