以职业能力培养为中心的高职会计专业实践教学研究

摘要

Based on the vocational ability,for the problems of the current accounting profession practice teaching,the paper proposes to reform the teaching objectives,content and form.The cultivation of high-end skilled talents becomes an objective of practice teaching,preparing to practical training materials to meet the vocational ability requirements,creating a practical teaching system including curricular decentralized training,individual business skills training,single-job skills training,skill training and internship.%以学生职业能力培养为中心,针对当前会计专业实践教学存在的问题,提出要从教学目标、内容、形式三方面进行改革。应将培养高端技能型人才作为实践教学目标,编写适合职业能力培养要求的实训教材,建立课内分散实训、单项业务技能实训、单岗位技能实训、综合技能实训、顶岗实习为一体的实践教学体系。
