新公共服务理论视域下农村公共文化服务体系的构建

摘要

The theory of new public service is based on the original public administration and the new public management theory,which gives the theoretical support for setting up the service-oriented government in China.This essay analyses the current system of the rural public cultural service,the existing problems and puzzlements.For building up the effective system of the rural public cultural service,the path of the construction of the rural public cultural service should be explored under the view of the theory of new public.%新公共服务理论是在原来的公共行政和新公共管理理念的基础上提出来的,这一理论对建立我国服务型政府提供了理论支持。分析当前农村公共文化服务体系存在的各种问题和困惑,要构建有效的农村公共文化服务体系,就要在新公共服务理论视野下探索构建农村公共文化服务体系的路径。
