青年农民工为海西城市社会经济发展做出了积极的贡献。但是,由于历史和体制的原因,他们不能享受与城市居民同等的待遇;又由于他们文化水平不高,缺少劳动技能,导致他们的收入水平较低,工作和生活状态十分堪忧。必须妥善地解决青年农民工问题,培养大批既有劳动技能又能吃苦耐劳的劳动者,加快海西城市化发展进程和构建谐社会。%Young migrant workers have made a positive contribution to the building of Hercynian urban economic development.But due to the factors of history and system,they can＇t share the equal treatment of urban residents.Not high culture level and lacking of labor skills lead to the low income.So their condition of working and living is extremely anxious.It＇s necessary to handle the young migrant workers properly,and train a great number of labors that have labor skills and the spirit of working hard and enduring hardships.And then quicken the development process of Hercynian urban and bulid the harmonious society.
