重庆市现代职业教育管理体制探究

摘要

The occupation education in Chongqing has obtained the considerable development,which mainly lies in the establishment of the market economic system with clear property right,trenchant authority duty,scientific management and the standardized modern occupation education management system.This article discusses mainly the diversity system reform of multi-agent occupation education,and points out the ways of establishing the modern management system,and sums up the successful experience,which will provide reference for the occupation education development.%自直辖以来,重庆市职业教育获得了长足的发展,主要在于建立了适应市场经济体制的产权明确、权责分明、管理科学、依法规范的现代职业教育管理制度。文章主要从办学主体多元化体制方面对近年来重庆市职业教育的管理体制改革、建立现代职业教育管理体制的途径进行梳理,总结成功经验,为职业教育大发展提供借鉴。
