河谷型宜居城市发展战略——以新疆伊宁市为例

摘要

Based on the analysis of the resources and their characteristics of the river valley cities and the combing of the natural features and the problems confronted in the river valley city construction awaiting urgent solutions,the paper explored and came up with four strategies for the development and construction of the river valley cities that are suitable for living.With Yining City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,the paper proposed the priority direction and critical measures for the construction of such river valley cities,and made an empirical analysis and description of the necessity to do so as well as the specific construction strategy.%通过对河谷型城市资源特色的分析,梳理河谷型城市的典型特征和城市建设目前亟待解决的问题,提出打造河谷型宜居城市的4大发展战略,并以伊宁市为例探讨建设河谷型宜居城市的首要方向和重要措施,以实证的方式分析说明打造河谷型宜居城市的必要性和重要的建设战略。
