前弯叶片对轴流泵噪声辐射性能的影响

     

摘要

通过改变叶片径向积迭线获得周向前弯0°与9°叶轮,采用大涡模拟(LES)方法以及声学边界与结构有限元耦合解法完成了轴流泵内部非定常流动及流动发声的数值模拟,研究了叶轮叶片周向前弯角(0°和9°)对轴流泵噪声辐射分布的影响,对比了不同叶片的轴流泵噪声辐射分布情况.结果表明:周向前弯9°叶轮叶片比周向前弯0°叶轮叶片产生的噪声降低了3 dB左右;将叶轮叶片前弯9°能降低轴流泵的水动力噪声.%Based on impeller blades with circumferential forward-skewed angles of 0° and 9° created by changing the stacking lines, numerical simulation was performed on unsteady flow and acoustic field in the axial pump using large eddy simulation (LES) method and the coupling analysis of acoustic boundary and structural finite element, so as to study the effect of blade's forward-skewed angles on flow sound radiation of axial pumps, after which the sound distribution conditions were compared among axial pumps with different blades. Results show that the impeller blade with circumferential forward-skewed angle of 9° produces noise 3 dB lower than that with the angle of 0°, and the former one can reduce the hydrodynamic noise of axial pumps.
