摘要

A new simple, rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of chlordiazepoxide is described, based on the reaction with 2,4-dinitrophenol in water medium, apparently by a chargetransfer mechanism, to yield 1:1 complex with maximum absorption at 444 nm. Optimum experimental conditions for the determination have been studied. The linear calibration range, apparent molar absorptivity and relative standard deviation are 2.8~96.0 μg·mL-1, 1.48×103 and 0.32%, respectively. The method is accurate and has been successfully applied to the determination of chlordiazpoxide in tablets. The results are in good agreement with those obtained with the official method.%本文报道了基于氯氮(艹卓)与2,4-二硝基苯酚在水溶液中的荷移反应测定氯氮(艹卓)含量的方法.详细研究了荷移反应的条件和影响荷移反应的因素,结果表明,氯氮(艹卓)与2,4-二硝基苯酚于20℃水溶液中恒温20分钟即可形成1:1的络合物;在其最大吸收波长444 nm处表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.48×103 L@mol-1·cm-1;并在2.8~96μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律;方法的相对标准偏差为0.32%.将拟定的方法应用于氯氮(艹卓)片剂样品含量的测定,并与药典法相比较,结果基本一致.
