大黄毛状根对青蒿素的生物转化研究

The biotransformation of artemisinin by hairy root cultures ofRheum palmatum L. was investigated for the first time. The main product, deoxyartemisinin, was isolated and characterized on the basis of its spectral data.%首次研究了大黄毛状根培养体系对青蒿素的生物转化反应.经过培养形成一个转化产物,应用光谱方法鉴定转化产物的结构为去氧青蒿素.
