激光陀螺捷联惯组的无定向快速标定技术研究

     

摘要

To realize rapid test of laser gyro strapdown inertial measurement unit, the factors restricting the effectiveness of the test has been analyzed, and the rapid calibration with the unoriented measurement is discussed. Then an improved rate test and a six-position test without north-seeking are proposed to ascertain all the parameters with sufficient accuracy. All the sequences are optimized to suppress the axis nonorthogonality error and angle position reference error of the turntable. Considering the starting characteristic and high reliability of the laser gyro, the rate test is executed during the heating process of accelerometers. Since the unoriented six-position test is designed as a continuous procedure, it can be used to calibrate parameters over the full range of temperatures by rapidly repeating the sequence in only a few hours.Applicability and feasibility of the proposed test procedures are demonstrated utilizing a laser gyro strapdown inertial navigation system, the accuracy is equivalent to that of classical method and the time is shortened from 4.5 h to 50 min.%为了实现激光陀螺捷联惯测组合的高精度快速测试,分析了制约标定时间的诸多因素,改进了测试编排,提出了一种无定向条件下的快速标定技术.通过分析转台轴正角度误差、角位置控制误差对标定精度的影响,改进了速率标定方案,同时提出了一种六位置无定向快速标定方法.时序上充分利用了激光陀螺启动迅速、稳定快、线性度好的特点,在加速度计加温稳定过程中进行速率标定.此外,六位置无定向位置标定可用于全温度范围的快速标定,具有重要的工程应用价值.实际测试结果表明改进的标定方法准确度与传统的高精度标定方法相当,但测试时间由原来的4.5 h缩短到50 min,极大地提升了测试效率.
