电子显微镜技术表征树脂中橡胶相的显微结构形态

     

摘要

Staining and chemical etching techniques, transmission electronic microscope (TEM) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM) were used to characterize rubher phase in the ABS resin, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) resin, and ethylene-propylene copolymer polypropylene resin. The results show that when the rubber phase in the resin contains double bond of carbon, the staining with osmium tetroxide (OsO4) is similar to the effect of staining with sulphide technology. In the meanwhile, the stained with staining technology is simple, and reduces costs and pollution by reducing the use of liquid nitrogen and OsO4. Chemical etching technology can characterize the resin in the rubber phase both with and without double bond.%本文采用染色和化学刻蚀技术,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对ABS树脂、高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)树脂、乙丙共聚聚丙烯SPl79、AWl91树脂中橡胶相的显微结构形态进行表征.结果表明,当树脂中橡胶相含双键时,采用硫化染色和四氧化锇(OsO4)染色技术,均能观察到树脂中橡胶相的显微结构形态,且采用硫化技术染色,实验操作简单,不需要使用液氮和OsO4,降低了成本,减少了污染;当树脂中橡胶相不含双键时,硫化染色和OsO4染色技术均不能对其进行有效表征,化学刻蚀技术则对树脂中含双键的橡胶相和不含双键的橡胶相都能得到有效表征.
