透射电镜迁移安装过程引起的不常见故障与对策

摘要

本文探讨了透射电镜因搬迁安装不当引起的几种不常见故障的成因与处理方法；总结分析了近十年来新安装和搬迁的多台透射电镜在运行中遇到的非正常现象,分析各故障产生的原因及排除方法的经验教训；透射电镜在安装中应确保各连接管道的畅通,运输中应避免大的震动,在外接稳压电源的选择上也要慎重考虑.%Objective; This paper discussed the reasons for several unfamiliar failure caused by movement and installation of the transmission electron microscope (TEM) and its troubleshooting. Methods- Through analyzing the unusual phenomenons and the difficulties happened in TEM running in the past ten years, the reasons of faults, troubleshooting and the lessons learned from installation and movement TEM were obtained. Conclusions; The connection of pipeline respectively unblocked must be ensured in the installation process of TEM. The shock should be avoided in TEM movement process. And the regulated power supply used in TEM should be carefully selected.
