AZ31镁合金形变扭折带中{10(1)2}孪生行为的电子显微学研究

     

摘要

用透射电子显微镜(TEM)技术研究AZ31镁合金在室温轧制变形时扭折带(kink band)的孪生行为.轧制变形产生的扭折带在持续应力的作用下,内部会发生{10(1)2}孪晶的形核以及长大过程,孪晶在长大过程中严格受限于扭折带界面.随着变形程度增大,孪晶内部也会形成位错墙吸收基面位错,协调塑性变形过程.%Transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) was applied to investigate the twinning behavior in deformed kink bands of AZ31 magnesium alloy during rolling process at room temperature. Under the effect of continuous stress,{10(1)2} twins nucleated and grew in the deformed kink bands, but the growth of {10(1)2} twins was terminated at the kink boundaries without passing through boundaries. Furthermore, with the further deformation, dislocation walls formed in the twins and absorbed the basal dislocation to coordination plastic deformation process.
