基于两种格式CT图像的颅骨几何特征测量与对比分析

     

摘要

针对JPEG和DICOM两种格式活体人头颅的CT图像,采用自编Matlab程序对前额骨、顶骨和枕骨厚度以及头宽、头长、头围和颅围等颅骨几何特征进行大批量精确测量.对测量结果进行的正态性检验表明:颅骨几何特征不服从正态分布;Kruskal-Wallis单因素方差分析的结果表明:不同格式CT图像对前额骨、顶骨和枕骨厚度有显著影响,对头宽、头长、头围和颅围无显著影响.%The geometric characteristics of the alive human skull (the thickness of the frontal, parietal and occipital bones, head width, head length, head circumference and skull circumference) were measured accurately by self-compiled Matlab program in this study. The results of the normality test show that the measurement results do noi obey normal distribution; Kruskal-Wallis one-way ANOVA analysis show that CT images of different formats have a significant effect on the thickness of the frontal, parietal and occipital bones, and have no significant effects on the other geometric characteristics.
