In order to analyze the characteristics ofphthalic acid esters (PAEs) in oil-tea camellia seed,9 different species oil-tea camellia seed samples and 16 samples of collected from different regions in China were determined.The results indicated that DIBP,DBP and DEHP mainly existed in samples from different species and regions.The oil-tea camellia fruit had been polluted by the PAEs from environment when it was still in growth.There was a significant difference for single PAE compound accumulated by different parts of oil-tea camellia seed.The average contents of DIBP and DEHP in oil-tea camellia fruit shell was significantly higher than those both in pericarp and kernel.The average contents of DIBP in oil-tea camellia fruit shell,pericarp and kernelrespectively were 0.051,0.120,0.027 mg/kg.The average contents of DEHP in oil-tea camellia fruit shell,pericarp and kernelrespectively were 0.035,0.195,0.053 mg/kg.The average ∑PAEs concentrations in oil-tea camellia seed shell were 3.72 mg/kg,which was significantly higher than oil-tea camellia seed kernel with the average ∑PAFs concentrations of 0.154 mg/kg.The pollution of PAEs in oil-tea camellia seed shell was more serious than kernel.%对9个不同物种油茶果样品以及16个不同产地的油茶籽样品中的6种PAEs进行了检测,分析了油茶籽中PAEs的含量特征.结果表明,各个物种油茶以及各产地油茶籽普遍存在PAEs污染,以DIBP、DBP和DEHP为主.油茶果在自然生长时已经受到环境中PAEs污染.油茶果不同部位对PAEs单体的富集能力不同,油茶籽壳中DIBP和DEHP的平均含量明显高于油茶果皮和油茶籽仁,DIBP在油茶果皮、油茶籽壳、油茶籽仁中的平均含量分别是0.051、0.120、0.027 mg/kg,DEHP在油茶果皮、油茶籽壳、油茶籽仁中的平均含量分别是0.035、0.195、0.053 mg/kg.各产地油茶籽的油茶籽壳中PAEs平均总合量3.72 mg/kg,明显大于油茶籽仁中PAEs平均总合量为0.154 mg/kg.
