油菜花粉甾醇的制备、分析及抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

In this paper,the total sterol extract was separated from Brassica campestris L.pollen by silica gel column chromatography,and analyzed through ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-VIS),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The antioxidant activities of the extract were also determined.The results indicated that purity of sterol was (93.73 ± 1.06) % by silica gel column chromatography.The sterols were mainly composed of stigmasterol,campesterol,3-sitosterol and 24-methylene cholesterol,and had the abilities of scavenging DPPH ·,ABTS + ·,O2-· free radical and reducing power.Furthermore,the antioxidant activity of the sterol extract on the lard occurred in a dose response manner.%以油菜花粉为原料,利用硅胶柱层析法制得总甾醇提取物,采用紫外可见吸收光谱法(UV-VIS)、傅里叶-红外光谱分析法(FTIR)、气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对油菜花粉甾醇进行了分析鉴定,并测定其抗氧化活性.结果表明:经硅胶柱层析后甾醇纯度可达(93.73±1.06)%,油菜花粉中的甾醇主要由豆甾醇、菜油甾醇、β-谷甾醇和24-亚甲基胆甾醇组成.油菜花粉甾醇具有显著的清除l,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DP-PH)自由基、2,2’-联氮-二(3-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)(ABTS)、超氧阴离子(O2-·)自由基能力及还原力,且对猪油体系具有较好的抗氧化作用,并呈剂量效应关系.
